This website had come into being due to the anger and frustration we feel about the Southeastern Trains not listening to us, the fair paying traveller.

They refuse to listen to our pleas for a fairer compensation scheme for season ticket holders.

The Javelin trains do not work on the North Kent Line running through the Medway Towns.  If people want a choice of the Javelin trains, why not simply start them from Gillingham?  This would allow them to reinstate our Cannon Street and Victoria services and give people the choice of changing to get them.

The signalling needs to be completely overhauled with Mainline and Metro services segrated to avoid each service delaying the other.

SE Trains base their statistics on countywide services.  This has got to stop and we demand a breakdown of figures line by line.  This will give all SE Trains customers a better idea of how their line is oerformaing.

We request the DfT to urgently address the abysmal service on the North Kent Line to London since the imposed new timetable in December 2009.

1 The failure of the near empty peak-hour trains to St Pancras whilst the reduced services to Victoria and Cannon Street are overcrowded be urgently addressed by reinstating original services.

2 The defect in the timetable which extends journey times be addressed by the removal of extra stops at Longfield and Meopham.

3 That regulation of trains in the London area is examined to ensure longer-distance trains are no longer delayed.

4 The routing of trains between Chislehurst and London Bridge be investigated to ensure proper segregation of ‘fast’ and ‘stopping’ trains.

5 The failure of SE trains to offer a service as soon as any adverse condition occurs be investigated.

6 The removal of Southeastern trains from the Kent franchise

7 Push the government for a fair compensation scheme for annual season ticket holders.
